The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman from Forsyth County. Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Mia Rae Heath, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Ms. Heath is described as 46 years-old, five feet, ten inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds. She has short brown hair and green eyes and was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants and black tennis shoes.

Ms. Heath was last seen on Cliffwood Dr. in Kernersville and could be headed toward Fayetteville. She is driving a maroon 1997 Lincoln Town Car with NC plate number- CCZ2734.

Anyone with information about Mia Rae Heath should call Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office at the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office at 336/727-2112 or 911.

Ms. Heath was found safe and sound.  This alert has been cancelled.
